Joanne, our Dental Hygiene Therapist, provides one on one personalised tailored care to meet the needs of each patient. She thoroughly enjoys seeing her patients on a regular basis – getting to know them and building up good relationships. She also enjoys working together with anxious patients, helping to make them feel at ease and gaining their confidence in dentistry.
Joanne graduated from the University of the Highlands and Island in 2014 with BSc in Oral Health Science. Prior to this, she was a qualified Dental Nurse for several years. Originally from a Scottish town called Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides, Joanne moved to the mainland in summer of 2014 to further her career. Over the years, she has gained many valuable skills and experience within the dental field. Joanne is excellent with her oral hygiene advice and is already receiving great reviews from our patients.
In her spare time, Joanne enjoys walking her dog Murphy. She is also a keen cook and spends a lot of time rustling up delights in the kitchen.
